Group Fitness Classes

80/20 Offers a variety of classes with MODIFICATIONS for ALL skill levels, whether you are just starting out, or have been into fitness for many years. Classes are designed to be as intense as you’de like them to be!

CLASS SCHEDULE starts may 1, 2025

 Must have 2 people registered to run classes! Walk-ins welcome!

Muscle Up: Monday 6-7:00pm & thursday 9:30-10:30AM

$10

 A 1-hour class that will help boost full body strength & create lean muscle tone. This class uses barbells along with various dumbbells to target specific muscle groups from legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and core. Light weight with high repetitions exhausts the muscles, creating lean muscle and a toned physique. 

tabata: Tuesday 9:15-10am

 This 45-minute class will push you to your limits, get your heart rate pumping, and rev up your cardio game! It is broken down into 8, 4 minute cycles of short bursts of intense exercises. Your goal is to push through 20 seconds of maximum effort, with 10 seconds recovery in between, which can elevate your metabolism for hours after exercise. This results in burning additional calories even after you have finished your workout! All exercises can be modified!

Spin & Sculpt: Tuesday 6-7:00PM

 This 1-hour class combines the intensity of spin with targeted abdominal and strength exercises, promising to sculpt your midsection and elevate your overall fitness game! Every pedal stroke becomes an opportunity to fire up those core muscles, transforming your spin session into a comprehensive cardio, core & strength workout! Get ready to burn some major calories getting on the bike and hitting the floor to get a full body workout with mats, weights and more! All fitness levels welcome! 

Hard-Core Glutecampcamp: wednesday 6-6:45pm

 This 45-minute class will work muscle groups in your Booty & Core you didn’t even know you had, and give you a great cardio workout to boot! Hard-Core Glutecamp consists of body weight exercises, as well as using various types of equipment. Modifications can be given! All fitness levels welcome. 

Circuit Saturday's: 8:30-9:30AM

$10

 This 1-hour workout is performed by completing various stations of exercises on your own, targeting every muscle group. Each station is 1 minute to 45 seconds, with little rest between each. This class is designed for all fitness levels to work at your own pace. If you are looking to be around a group of highly motivated people, Circuit Saturday’s is the place to be!
