Is Bungee Fitness Right For You?
Please wear comfortable clothing and gym/athletic shoes.
Yes. Participants must be between 45-275 pounds.
* Those not in the body weight range of 45-275 lbs
* Those with pre-existing heart conditions
* Anyone with recent injuries and/or surgeries in the last 6-9 months
* Anyone diagnosed with vertigo or that has issues with dizziness
* Must be physically fit and have participated in physical activity in the last 6 months. A 45-minute bungee experience can feel like 45 minutes playing on a basketball court!
Each Bungee fitness class is 45 minutes, including warmup and cooldown. NO makeup classes or refunds given for tardiness, as doors lock promptly at the start of class.
Bungee Fitness Classes can only be rescheduled with a 7 day notice to allow time to fill opening. No refunds or makeup classes given for last minute cancellations or tardiness.
There are no Refunds or Cancellations for Private Parties.
Instructor may have to cancel due to unforeseen weather. A makeup date will be rescheduled for that class on the next available Saturday.
Must get instructors approval to register for Bungee Blast. It usually takes 2-3 Beginner’s Bungee classes to advance.
In this intro class, participants are introduced to the harness/bungee cord, and basic bungee movements and terminology are taught. Built into this class is a weight check for proper bungee resistance, the harness fitting, and basic education to help participants have a safe and effective bungee training session. Members learn proper bungee fitting to feel comfortable in the harness, and will learn to “Trust” the bungee, while getting a fun, full-body cardio workout. Maximum weight 275lbs.
· A HIIT style class that will build from the basic moves and add advanced moves and routines.
· We will teach repetitive steps and mix routines to get you in the flow and getting that heart rate up!
· Fun moves include dive, pushups, supermans and much more.
· You can expect to sweat, fly, hit the floor with burpees and add in strength exercises to help tone your body and strengthen your core
· Class may include light weights, bands, & steppers.
MUST COMPLETE BEGINNER'S BUNGEE 1ST
Attend any 10 Bungee Blast Classes. Pass must be used within 4 months of purchase. To Book, just click on any circled date on the calendar, and then go to checkout. You have 4 months to use your 10 classes from the date of purchase. No need to book the classes separately. Just let the instructor know which classes you plan to attend and she will book and keep track of your classes for you.
Bungee Kids
· A fun and unique 30-minute class just for kids.
· Participants must be at least 45 pounds to begin class.
· Keep them active by being attached to a bungee by harness!
· Get ready to run, jump, fly high, sweat and have a blast!!
Book a private bungee session for adult or children Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties and more! You can have up to 5 people on the bungees per hour. For parties with 6-10 people you have to book for 2 hours. Kids must be at least 45lbs and adults no more than 275lbs.
